Senior Digital Marketing & Growth Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Digital Marketing & Growth Specialist to own and drive digital growth across multiple brands and business units. The role combines hands‑on technical expertise with commercial thinking to generate qualified leads, improve conversions and deliver measurable business results.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, manage and optimise paid campaigns on Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads and other platforms.
• Drive SEO and Answer Engine Optimisation (AEO) strategies to boost visibility on search engines and AI‑powered platforms.
• Analyse performance data, build dashboards and continuously improve ROI, ROAS, CPL and conversion rates.
• Manage GA4, Google Tag Manager, conversion tracking and attribution modelling.
• Design and test website and landing‑page variations to increase conversion rates.
• Implement AI tools, CRM integrations and marketing automation workflows.

Required profile

• 7+ years of hands‑on digital marketing experience, including 5+ years in performance marketing and growth.
• Proven track record managing substantial paid media budgets and delivering measurable results.
• Strong commercial understanding of B2B lead generation and customer acquisition.
• Highly analytical, technically curious and comfortable making data‑driven decisions.

• Google Ads, GA4, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Google Tag Manager.
• Technical SEO and AEO expertise.
• Analytics, conversion tracking, attribution modelling and CRO.
• AI tools, marketing automation platforms, CRM integrations and API usage.
• Experience with WordPress, HubSpot, Klaviyo, Shopify or similar platforms.
