Senior Director Asset Management

About the role

The Senior Director, Asset Management will provide strategic leadership within G42 Corporate, partnering with executive teams across the group’s portfolio of AI, technology and digital infrastructure businesses. The role ensures governance, reporting quality and operational transparency align with international best practices and the group’s strategic objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee and enhance board and shareholder reporting processes for a diverse portfolio of companies.
• Drive consistency in executive reporting, performance tracking, risk visibility and compliance oversight.
• Support portfolio companies in preparing high‑quality materials for boards, investors, regulators and other stakeholders.
• Monitor strategic, operational, financial and risk‑related performance indicators across the portfolio.
• Promote governance best practices and ensure alignment with corporate governance requirements and internal policies.
• Engage with senior internal and external stakeholders, including boards, investors, regulators and government entities.

Required profile

• Significant experience in a leading investment group, sovereign wealth fund, private‑equity environment, large multinational or diversified organization.
• Proven ability to influence senior executives and build trusted relationships across multiple business units.
• Strong commercial mindset with experience in fast‑scaling, decentralized environments.
• Deep understanding of corporate governance, portfolio management and board operations.
