Senior Project Manager – FinTech

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead the delivery of complex, cross‑functional initiatives within a fast‑paced fintech environment in Dubai. The role involves ownership of multiple concurrent projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope and compliant with regulatory requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end delivery of high‑impact projects across various business areas.
• Coordinate internal teams and external partners, managing vendor performance and governance.
• Provide data‑driven reporting on progress, risks and outcomes to stakeholders.
• Ensure projects comply with relevant regulatory and compliance frameworks.
• Collaborate with technology teams on solution design and delivery planning.
• Incorporate AI tools to improve project planning, monitoring and reporting.

Required profile

• Degree‑qualified in a relevant discipline.
• 5–7 years of experience delivering complex programmes or projects across multiple teams.
• Proven track record managing third‑party suppliers.
• Strong communication skills with both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
• Experience in regulated or compliance‑heavy environments.
• Familiarity with AI‑driven tools applied to project delivery.
