Senior Director Partner Vendor Alliances

About the role

The Senior Director, Partner/Vendor Alliances leads the development and management of strategic partnerships to drive business growth, improve client experiences, and strengthen NTT DATA’s competitive position.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive partner alliances strategy aligned with organizational goals.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with strategic partners, managing performance and collaboration.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through partner alliances, leveraging market trends and client needs.
• Lead negotiation and execution of partnership agreements ensuring favorable terms.
• Track and measure alliance performance against KPIs, implementing corrective actions as needed.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional stakeholders (sales, marketing, product development, operations) to align alliance activities with overall business strategy.

• Extensive strategic thinking and ability to develop comprehensive partnership strategies.
• Proven relationship‑building and collaboration skills with external partners.
• Strong business development experience and track record of driving growth.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and contract management abilities.
• Analytical expertise to assess opportunities, evaluate performance, and make data‑driven decisions.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, computer science, IT or related field and significant senior leadership experience in a global technology organization.
