Senior ERP Consultant

About the role

CareersTransformation is hiring a Senior ERP Consultant in Dubai for a consulting role with delivery accountability. You will lead ERP engagements from diagnosis through to ninety days after go-live, measuring success by the operating metric rather than the go-live date. Early weeks are spent inside the client's operation, followed by ownership of the target operating model and its configuration.

Key responsibilities

• Run on-site discovery with the people who do the work
• Produce a quantified diagnosis of where time, margin and control are lost
• Design the target operating model and the configuration that serves it
• Own the client relationship at operational level through delivery and handover
• Document decisions clearly so the client's team can own the system afterwards

Required profile

• Five or more years implementing ERP, with at least two full cycles owned end to end
• Ability to read accounts and a warehouse floor with equal confidence
• Clarity in writing, since decisions live in documents
• Willingness to advise clients when a project should not proceed
• Professional Arabic and English
