About the role
Green Initiative is looking for a Senior Estimator to lead its estimating department in Dubai. The role involves overseeing the preparation of cost estimates for large‑scale construction projects and driving the tendering process to secure new business.
Key responsibilities
- Manage a small team of estimators, providing coaching and performance oversight.
- Develop accurate cost estimates and tender packages for major construction projects.
- Coordinate with project managers, architects, and subcontractors to gather scope and pricing data.
- Analyze bid results and maintain a track record of successful award outcomes.
- Ensure compliance with company standards and international contractor requirements.
Required profile
- Degree qualified with 10–15 years of estimation experience.
- Proven experience working as a main contractor with leading international firms.
- Demonstrated success on major construction projects.
- Experience managing a small team of estimators.
