Senior Executive – Brand Marketing

About the role

The Senior Executive – Brand Marketing will lead the development and execution of comprehensive marketing strategies for assigned apparel brands, driving growth, market presence and customer engagement across the UAE.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage brand strategy, ensuring ATL and BTL materials align with brand objectives and budget.
• Lead integrated communication campaigns, media planning and agency relationships to enhance brand equity.
• Formulate strategic marketing plans that drive top‑ and bottom‑line profitability and secure new business opportunities.
• Conduct market and competitor analysis, identify growth opportunities and expand into new regions.
• Oversee retail operations, product selection and customer experience initiatives using loyalty data.
• Set ROI expectations, monitor performance and deliver post‑campaign reporting.

Required profile

• 5+ years of marketing experience with a focus on strategy development and campaign management.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration or related field.
• Strong analytical, creative thinking and leadership abilities.
