Senior Executive – Free Zone Operations

About the role

The Senior Executive will support the Free Zone Operations Department, ensuring smooth daily activities, timely processing of company services, and strict compliance with regulatory and government requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Manage registration, amendment and company service requests through the online portal within agreed timeframes.
• Obtain, verify and document all required documents, liaising with clients for any missing information.
• Coordinate cross‑governmental projects such as ESR, DFZC, TEC and others as assigned.
• Maintain up‑to‑date regulations, guidelines, laws and collateral material relevant to free zones.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to fulfil requests accurately and promptly.
• Validate UBO information and ensure compliance with FATF/AML regulations.
• Monitor the Free Zone Portal and work with the IT team on system enhancements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Public Administration or related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in Free Zone operations, government services or regulatory administration (UAE experience preferred).
• Strong knowledge of company registration processes, amendments and compliance requirements.
• Familiarity with UBO, AML, FATF and ESR regulations is highly desirable.

Required skills
