Senior Executive – Health, Safety & Environment

About the role

The Senior Executive – HSE will support the monitoring, recording and reporting of health, safety and environment issues across residential communities, project sites, offices and related assets of our client, a fast‑growing retail group in the GCC. You will act as the focal point for HSE compliance, driving a culture of safety and ensuring statutory requirements are met.

Key responsibilities

• Assist and coordinate compliance audits, inspections and reviews.
• Promote HSE awareness among staff, residents, tenants, contractors and service providers.
• Implement and maintain the Health and Safety Management System at assigned locations.
• Enforce HSE policies to achieve the highest safety standards.
• Monitor legal compliance and report deviations promptly.
• Investigate incidents, accidents and near‑misses, implement corrective actions and maintain up‑to‑date records.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in health, safety and environment roles.
• Strong knowledge of HSE regulations and best practices.
• Ability to conduct audits, investigations and produce clear reports.
• Excellent communication skills to influence diverse stakeholders.

Required skills

• NEBOSH IGC Level 3 certification
