Senior Executive – Procurement

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Executive – Procurement to support our client in Dubai. The role involves planning and executing procurement operations, ensuring compliance with procedures, and contributing to the unit’s objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Implement tendering procedures, prepare and submit bids, and carry out procurement operations in line with approved procedures.
• Review and verify purchase requests from all organizational units and coordinate with stakeholders to maintain valid procurement processes.
• Enforce contract terms, identify penalties for delays, and forward issues to the Finance Department.
• Monitor suppliers, ensure they meet purchase order requirements, and coordinate payment processing.
• Track progress of local and international procurement plans against guidelines and best practices.

Required profile

• 3-5 years of procurement experience.
• Native or bilingual Arabic and fluent English.
• Relevant education such as a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting.
• Professional certifications (e.g., CPA, ACCA, CFA) are a plus.

Required skills

• Strong knowledge of procurement procedures and contract management.
• Ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders and maintain accurate records.
