Senior Executive – Residential Customer Relations

About the role

Dubai Holding Real Estate is seeking a Senior Executive to lead residential customer relations across the UAE. You will be the primary point of contact for enquiries, ensuring a high‑standard, empathetic service experience for our residents.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the main contact for customer enquiries and service requests via phone, email and face‑to‑face.
• Manage and resolve escalated concerns promptly and professionally.
• Collaborate with internal teams to guarantee seamless issue resolution.
• Maintain accurate case records and updates in CRM systems.
• Monitor cases, follow up proactively, and ensure timely closure.
• Identify recurring pain points and suggest service improvements.
• Support team members to deliver consistent service quality.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Customer Management or related field.
• 3–5 years of customer service experience in commercial, property or real‑estate environments.
• Excellent verbal and written English; Arabic is a plus.
• Proven ability to handle enquiries and complaints while maintaining high service standards.
• Strong problem‑solving, stakeholder management and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast‑paced setting.
• Customer‑focused, proactive and solution‑oriented mindset.

Required skills

• Experience with CRM platforms.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Knowledge of Salesforce (preferred).
