Senior Executive – Statutory Reporting & Budgeting

About the role

The Senior Executive will support the finance team in statutory reporting, MIS reporting and budgeting for operational expenses. The role ensures financial control, profitability and provides critical insights to business units.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and coordinate OPEX budget plans and schedules in line with Group policies.
• Prepare periodic and ad‑hoc Management Information Reports and maintain KPI reporting systems.
• Investigate variances, prepare financial reviews and recommend corrective actions.
• Analyze monthly operational performance, forecast budget exceptions and support recalibrations.
• Contribute to budgeting, IS and project reporting policies, processes and templates.
• Maintain budgeting models, ensure accurate monitoring and raise technical issues.
• Review financial statements for compliance with regulatory standards.

Required profile

• Graduate in Accounting/Finance; CA/ACCA/CPA or equivalent preferred.
• In‑depth understanding of the real‑estate sector and related regulatory matters.
• 3–5 years of finance experience, preferably in real‑estate budgeting.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and complex data analysis.
• Strong knowledge of MS Office Suite.
• Experience with Management Information Systems (MIS), Oracle and budgeting software.
• Ability to manage complex general‑ledger accounts and produce financial reports.
