Senior Exhibition Stand Designer

About the role

The Senior Exhibition Stand Designer will lead the creation of innovative exhibition and event concepts, turning client briefs into compelling, production‑ready designs. You will manage the design process from concept through to final delivery, ensuring creativity, technical accuracy, and budget compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Develop exhibition stand concepts, layouts, mood boards, storyboards and design rationales aligned with client objectives and industry trends.
• Produce high‑quality 3D renders, visual presentations, and detailed specifications for materials, furniture, lighting and finishes.
• Collaborate with Sales, Estimators, Strategists, Graphic Designers and Technical teams to incorporate feedback and ensure feasibility.
• Review technical drawings, coordinate with production, support sample board preparation and oversee onsite installation quality.
• Manage projects independently from concept to completion, meeting deadlines and adhering to company project‑management systems.

Required profile

• Degree or Diploma in Interior Design, Architecture or Exhibition Design.
• 5–8 years of experience in exhibition, event, retail or commercial design with strong space‑planning skills.
• Proven ability to create presentations and design concepts that meet client expectations.
• Excellent communication, teamwork and time‑management abilities.
