Senior Façade Structural Engineer – Dubai

About the role

Join a leading Dubai‑based real estate developer’s fully integrated façade division as a Senior Façade Structural Engineer. You will work on high‑rise, luxury residential and commercial projects, collaborating across design, engineering, manufacturing and installation teams.

Key responsibilities

• Design and engineer curtain wall, glazing, aluminium and steel façade systems, including wind load analysis and thermal movement assessments.
• Perform structural verification of aluminium profiles, brackets, anchors and connections, and produce detailed calculation reports for consultant approval.
• Conduct Finite Element Analysis, glass calculations and optimise façade systems to meet UAE Building Codes and international standards.

Required profile

• Minimum 7 years’ experience in façade structural engineering on major high‑rise developments.
• Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering and UAE or GCC nationality with unrestricted work rights.
• Strong knowledge of UAE Building Codes, ASCE, ASTM, AISC and Eurocodes.

Required skills

• Proficiency in SAP2000, STAAD.Pro, RFEM, SJ MEPLA and IDEA StatiCa.
