Senior Facilities Manager / Support Services Manager

About the role

Talent Bridge HR Consultancy is hiring a Senior Facilities Manager / Support Services Manager in Dubai, working full-time and on-site. The role ensures the efficient operation of support services within a charitable foundation, covering maintenance, security, green spaces and mosque facilities, and works with supervisors and team members to improve service quality and sustainability.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise the identification of support service needs based on organizational requirements and work with supervisors to develop and sustain those services.
• Manage financial resources for support services and ensure funds are allocated prudently to maintain service quality.
• Develop an annual support services programme aligned with its functional purpose and coordinate its implementation.
• Review and approve expense requests and purchase orders, optimizing resource use while keeping service standards.
• Hold monthly meetings with team supervisors to review performance reports and update plans and strategies accordingly.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Facilities Management or Business Administration.
• Proven experience in support services management or similar roles.
• Strong financial acumen and budget management skills.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
• Familiarity with sustainability practices and resource optimization.
