About the role

As the Senior Finance Manager – Joint Ventures for Fashion & Jewelry, you will act as the strategic finance partner for a portfolio of leading international luxury brands across the Middle East. You will work closely with executive management, brand partners, and joint‑venture leadership to drive profitable growth, support strategic investments and enhance shareholder value throughout the business lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary finance partner for the Fashion & Jewelry joint‑venture portfolio.
• Collaborate with joint‑venture finance teams and Chalhoub executive management to inform strategic decision‑making.
• Challenge business assumptions and deliver independent, data‑driven recommendations.
• Lead value‑creation initiatives focused on profitability, cash generation and return on investment.
• Oversee financial planning & analysis, budgeting, forecasting and performance reporting.
• Ensure robust governance, compliance and risk management across all joint‑venture entities.
• Support business development and investment evaluation activities.

Required profile

• Extensive experience in finance within luxury retail or related sectors.
• Proven track record of partnering with senior business leaders and influencing strategic outcomes.
• Strong analytical mindset combined with commercial acumen.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
