About the role
FLOWERBX is seeking a reliable, well‑organized and highly talented senior florist to join its Dubai studio. You will work closely with the team to create stunning floral arrangements for luxury events and esteemed clients.
Key responsibilities
- Create and execute high‑end floral designs for events and hotel projects.
- Manage an in‑house team of florists and coordinate freelance talent.
- Oversee the full event floristry production process, from planning to delivery.
- Handle supply‑chain and purchasing of flowers, ensuring seasonal availability.
- Maintain flower freshness through proper care and conditioning.
Required profile
- Minimum 8 years of experience in luxury event floristry.
- Proven track record of leading a team and managing freelancers.
- Strong problem‑solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Deep knowledge of flower types, seasonal availability, and care techniques.
- Creative mindset with interest in modern and traditional floristry styles.
