Senior FP&A Analyst – MENA, Turkey & South Africa Stores

About the role

Amazon is looking for a Senior FP&A Analyst to support its consumer business across MENA, Turkey and South Africa. You will partner with finance, operations, marketing and technology teams to provide accurate financial insights and drive business decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary FP&A contact for finance and business teams in the three regions.
• Own month‑end and quarter‑end close activities, ensuring data integrity and financial controls.
• Analyze variances, prepare ad‑hoc performance reviews and drive corrective action plans.
• Lead automation and AI‑based initiatives to streamline reporting processes.
• Collaborate with Stores Finance, Operations, Payments, Customer Service, Prime and Marketing to deliver insightful financial reports.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience in finance, tax or a related analytical field.
• Proven track record of creating process improvements and automation.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, statistics, business or a quantitative discipline; MBA or CPA is a plus.
• Experience with continuous‑improvement projects and controllership.
