Senior FP&A Manager - Global ARR

About the role

The Senior FP&A Manager – Global ARR will own the governance, reporting and analysis of IFS’s Software Bookings, Annual Contract Value (ACV) and Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR). Reporting to Finance Leadership, the role works closely with Sales Operations, Regional Finance, Revenue Operations and Executive Management to ensure data integrity and actionable insight across the business.

Key responsibilities

• Own the monthly Group Software Bookings, ACV and ARR reporting process.
• Ensure accuracy, consistency and timeliness of commercial performance metrics.
• Investigate complex reporting issues and drive continuous improvement of data quality and automation.
• Partner with Finance, Sales and Revenue Operations to provide business insight and support strategic decisions.
• Challenge assumptions, influence stakeholders and champion best‑practice reporting standards.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years (60 months) of experience in commercial finance or FP&A within the software industry.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving capabilities.
• Proven ability to work cross‑functionally with finance, sales and operations teams.
• Senior‑level professional comfortable influencing senior leadership.
