About the role
We are seeking a Senior Frontend Engineer to own and evolve the frontend of Greenstone’s internal CRM and client‑facing investor portal. This senior individual‑contributor position sits in a small, high‑trust technology team and reports directly to leadership, offering full ownership of design, implementation, and continuous improvement.
Key responsibilities
- Take end‑to‑end ownership of architecture, delivery, and ongoing enhancement of the CRM and investor portal.
- Collaborate with coverage, product, compliance, and leadership teams to translate complex investment workflows into responsive user experiences.
- Develop and maintain scalable React and TypeScript applications using Redux, TanStack Query, React Router, and related tooling.
- Extend and maintain a consistent Material UI component system, including MUI X Data Grid Pro, Recharts, Tiptap, and PDF/document viewers.
- Improve performance, bundle size, and observability (Sentry, Pusher) while ensuring production reliability.
- Write well‑tested, documented code and enforce high standards in code review, security, and release practices.
- Leverage AI coding assistants (Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, Cursor) responsibly to boost productivity.
- Contribute to backend services in PHP/Laravel, integrate Microsoft 365, Entra ID, and third‑party data providers when needed.
- Apply secure‑by‑design principles aligned with OWASP and DIFC data‑protection requirements.
Required profile
- Senior‑level frontend engineer with a track record of delivering complex web applications.
- Comfortable working across multiple React‑based stacks (React, Vite, Next.js) and building reusable component libraries.
- Strong problem‑solving mindset and ability to work autonomously in a high‑trust environment.
