Senior Graphic Designer

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Graphic Designer to create artwork for Gloria Jeans garments. Based in Dubai, you will translate designers’ research into market‑relevant prints, branding elements and trims for our apparel and accessories.

Key responsibilities

• Develop placement graphics, all‑over prints, sleeve artwork and seamless patterns for T‑shirts, hoodies, outerwear and accessories.
• Design custom logos, typography, neck labels, hangtags and woven patches that align with the brand identity.
• Match graphics to garment silhouettes, fabric weights, textures and washes, ensuring production‑ready artwork.
• Research fashion trends, cultural shifts and print techniques, especially for key markets such as Russia.
• Create seasonal mood boards and translate them into clear graphic directions.
• Prepare complete print tech packs with Pantone colours, dimensions and exact garment placements.
• Specify appropriate print and embellishment techniques (screen print, discharge, puff, embroidery, laser fading, rhinestones).
• Generate sizing and colour separations and upload artwork to the PLM system for supplier production.
• Collaborate daily with Design, Buying, Product Development and Technical teams on briefs, reviews and commercial targets.

Required profile

• Proven experience designing garment graphics for fast‑fashion or apparel brands.
• Strong awareness of global fashion trends and market preferences.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines and deliver production‑ready files.
• Excellent attention to detail and a practical understanding of print production processes.

Required skills

• Pantone colour management (PMS or TCX).
• Screen printing, discharge, puff, embroidery, laser fading and rhinestone techniques.
• Creation of technical packs and colour separations.
• Experience with PLM systems for artwork upload.
