Senior Graphic Designer (Real Estate)

About the role

Richmond Properties is seeking a Senior Graphic Designer to lead the visual creation for its luxury real‑estate marketing initiatives. You will work closely with the Marketing Manager and the wider team to translate briefs into compelling, brand‑consistent designs that support sales, digital, social and event activities.

Key responsibilities

• Produce high‑quality visual assets for marketing, sales, digital, social, event, presentation and client‑facing materials.
• Develop campaign concepts, property brochures, decks, flyers, social media templates, digital ads and email assets.
• Support video and photography production by providing graphic overlays, motion elements and edited assets.
• Maintain and contribute to creative guidelines, design templates, asset libraries and brand standards.
• Review and ensure accuracy of layout, typography, hierarchy, colour and final finish before delivery.
• Deliver fast, commercially effective creative solutions for urgent campaigns and property launches.

Required profile

• Proven senior‑level experience in graphic design, preferably within real‑estate or luxury markets.
• Strong visual sense with an eye for detail, brand consistency and commercial impact.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize workload and meet tight deadlines.
• Collaborative mindset, able to work closely with marketing, sales and production teams.
