Senior Healthcare Architect

About the role

Morgan Consulting Engineers is looking for a Senior Healthcare Architect to lead the design of hospitals, clinics and specialized medical centers in the United Arab Emirates. You will guide projects from concept through construction, ensuring they meet the highest standards of quality, functionality and patient‑centered care.

Key responsibilities

• Lead architectural design for healthcare facilities, aligning with best practices and patient‑care standards.
• Collaborate with clients, healthcare professionals and multidisciplinary teams to develop integrated solutions.
• Ensure compliance with local healthcare regulations, building codes and accreditation requirements.
• Apply evidence‑based design principles to create healing environments.
• Conduct site analysis, addressing accessibility, zoning and environmental impact.
• Oversee construction phases, maintaining design intent and resolving issues with contractors.
• Work with project management to control budgets and schedules.

Required profile

• Minimum 12 years of progressive architectural experience, with substantial healthcare project exposure.
• Proven leadership in managing complex design teams and stakeholder relationships.
• Strong understanding of healthcare regulations and accreditation standards.
• Ability to translate client needs into innovative, functional designs.
