Senior HR Executive

About the role

A growing organisation is looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Senior HR Executive to join its HR team. The role focuses on employee relations, HR systems management (SAP SuccessFactors), audit compliance and operational HR support for a workforce of 800+ employees. Multilingual candidates, especially those fluent in European languages such as French, Spanish, Italian or Greek, are highly preferred.

Key responsibilities

• Employee relations: act as first point of contact for employee queries and grievances, resolve concerns professionally, support managers with disciplinary, performance and engagement processes, and ensure compliance with UAE labour law and company HR policies.
• SAP SuccessFactors: maintain and update employee records and workflows, support onboarding, offboarding, leave and performance modules, generate HR reports and dashboards, and keep data accurate and audit-ready.
• Payroll and documentation: coordinate with the payroll team for monthly submissions, track attendance, overtime and leave, and manage employee files, visa and medical documents and audit support.
• Administrative support: handle high-volume daily HR requests, support onboarding, contract renewals, transfers and offboarding, liaise with PRO and admin teams on visas and government processes, and ensure timely documentation.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration or a related field.
• 3-5 years of HR experience in a mid-to-large organisation (800+ employees preferred).
• Mandatory experience with SAP SuccessFactors.
• Strong understanding of UAE labour law and HR best practices.
• Experience in employee relations and audit compliance.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving and organisational skills; able to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
