Senior Implementation Consultant – EDI & e-Invoicing

About the role

As a Senior Implementation Consultant you will act as the primary bridge between enterprise clients in the Middle East & Africa and our technology delivery hub in Poland. You will use the cloud‑based Comarch EDI platform to deliver secure, real‑time Electronic Data Interchange and automated e‑Invoicing workflows for logistics, procurement, sales and finance processes.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end EDI/e‑Invoicing implementation projects for UAE and MEA clients, from planning and requirements analysis to go‑live and hyper‑care.
• Serve as the on‑site point of contact, conducting client workshops, site visits and regular status meetings.
• Collaborate closely with Polish development, support and product teams to ensure seamless regional delivery.
• Manage post‑implementation activities, including escalation handling, SLA monitoring, incident resolution and root‑cause analysis.
• Prepare and present SLA and service review reports for key accounts.
• Support regional business development and pre‑sales initiatives.

Required profile

• University degree in Computer Science, IT, Electronic Commerce or a related technical field.
• 4–6 years of documented experience in IT system implementations, with senior or lead client‑facing responsibilities.
• Proven ability to manage full implementation cycles independently.
• Fluent English (C1/C2); Arabic is a strong asset, other regional languages a plus.
• Experience with the Middle East market and knowledge of local e‑invoicing regulations (e.g., UAE FTA, KSA ZATCA) is preferred.
• Strong self‑management, proactive communication and ownership mindset.
• Excellent stakeholder management, comfortable engaging with C‑level sponsors and technical teams.
