Senior Infrastructure Engineer – Dubai

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Infrastructure Engineer to own and operate the regional IT infrastructure for a leading immersive‑technology company in the Middle East. Based in Dubai, you will work hands‑on with global IT teams, local stakeholders and external vendors to ensure a stable, secure and high‑performing environment.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and support core infrastructure, networking and platforms across the Middle East, including Microsoft 365, Windows Server, Active Directory/Entra ID, enterprise networking, system monitoring and hardware lifecycle.
• Provide 2nd/3rd line support and assist the Helpdesk with onboarding/off‑boarding, end‑user device troubleshooting and meeting‑room technology.
• Lead regional infrastructure projects, drive automation and introduce emerging technologies such as AI‑enabled tools and Microsoft Copilot.
• Collaborate with global IT on cybersecurity activities: vulnerability remediation, endpoint and email security, compliance and security awareness.
• Build strong relationships with employees, department heads, global IT and vendors, communicating technical issues clearly to both technical and non‑technical audiences.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in senior infrastructure, systems or technology operations roles.
• Proven experience with Microsoft 365, Windows Server, Active Directory/Entra ID and Windows 11.
• Hands‑on knowledge of enterprise networking (Fortigate, UniFi, Cisco switching, VLANs, VPNs, structured cabling).
• Experience supporting end‑user devices, printers and meeting‑room technologies.
• Familiarity with cloud‑based business applications such as Business Central, ServiceNow, Atera, Smartsheet, Dropbox Enterprise or HubSpot.
• Understanding of cybersecurity tools and practices including CrowdStrike, Proofpoint, MFA, endpoint and email security.
