About the role

We are looking for a proactive Senior Insurance Broker to join a leading corporate broker in Dubai. The role focuses on driving growth in the healthcare and general insurance sectors by delivering tailored solutions to corporate clients.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within healthcare and general insurance.
• Develop and execute strategic plans to meet sales targets and expand the client base.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, understanding their insurance needs.
• Stay updated on market trends, competitor offerings, and regulatory changes.
• Prepare and present comprehensive insurance proposals.
• Lead negotiations with clients and insurers to secure competitive terms.
• Participate in professional development and networking events.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Insurance or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Senior Broker or in a similar sales role within healthcare or general insurance.
• Strong negotiation and client relationship management skills.
• Ability to analyse market data and provide actionable insights.
