Senior Interior Designer – Hospitality Projects

About the role

We are partnering with a leading hospitality interior design studio in Dubai that is expanding rapidly after securing several new hotel projects. The Senior Interior Designer will work closely with the Design Director to lead design concepts through to final delivery, taking ownership of high‑end hospitality environments.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and contribute to the design of luxury hotel and resort projects from concept to completion.
• Develop design concepts, mood boards, material palettes and FF&E selections.
• Manage schematic, detailed and technical design stages.
• Coordinate with clients, architects, consultants and suppliers throughout the project lifecycle.
• Mentor junior designers and ensure design quality meets creative and technical standards.

Required profile

• Degree in Interior Design or a related discipline.
• Proven experience on hospitality interior design projects, preferably international.
• Strong knowledge of FF&E sourcing and supplier networks.
• Full project‑lifecycle experience from concept through site completion.
• Creative, commercially aware with a keen eye for detail and a strong portfolio of hotel or resort work.
