Senior Interior Designer

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Interior Designer to lead interior design projects from concept through construction and handover. The role combines creative direction, technical knowledge, project leadership and client‑management capabilities.

Key responsibilities

• Lead interior design projects from briefing, concept development, space planning and detailed design to construction and final handover.
• Prepare concept presentations, mood boards, renderings, detailed drawings, specifications and schedules.
• Coordinate interior documentation with architectural, structural, MEP and specialist disciplines and resolve design interfaces.
• Conduct site visits, surveys, quality inspections and monitor implementation of design intent on‑site.
• Manage junior designers and external design resources, allocate work and ensure design quality.

Required profile

• Senior‑level experience in interior design across commercial, residential, hospitality or retail sectors.
• Strong ability to translate client requirements, budgets and operational needs into functional, aesthetically compelling solutions.
• Proven project leadership, client‑management and coordination skills with multidisciplinary teams.
