Senior International Tax Consultant – Dubai

About the role

We are looking for a Senior International Tax Consultant to join EY’s International Tax & Transaction Services practice in Dubai. In this advisory‑focused role you will help clients navigate complex cross‑border tax issues and ensure compliance with relevant tax codes and jurisdictions.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver technically complex international tax engagements, covering permanent establishment, double taxation, cross‑border treaties, tax structuring, corporate tax impact assessments and withholding tax.
• Manage leads and opportunities across the broader tax practice and EY network.
• Contribute to practice development by delivering internal training, creating precedents, sharing knowledge, and presenting at team or firm events.
• Produce expert articles and external publications on international tax topics.

Required profile

• Client‑driven mindset with strong commercial and strategic awareness.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proven ability to motivate and lead project teams.
• Relevant bachelor’s degree in Tax, Economics, Accounting, Finance or related field.
• Minimum 4 years of client‑facing international tax advisory experience, with exposure to inbound and outbound investments.
• Experience managing or mentoring junior team members.
• Professional qualification such as ADIT, ATT, ACCA, CPA, CA, LLB or a relevant master’s degree.
• Fluency in Arabic (written and spoken) is highly desirable.
