Senior L2 IT Support Engineer – Immediate Joiner

About the role

We are looking for a Senior L2 IT Support Engineer to join our team in Abu Dhabi on an immediate basis. You will provide on‑site technical assistance to end users, resolve tickets, and ensure the stability of client IT environments.

Key responsibilities

• Visit client sites to deliver end‑user support and resolve assigned tickets.
• Install, configure, and troubleshoot Windows 10/11, Windows Server 2012‑2022, and related applications such as Autodesk and AutoCAD.
• Perform server migrations, clustering, RAID configuration, and Hyper‑V virtualization tasks.
• Manage O365, SharePoint, OneDrive, Azure, Intune, and email hosting migrations.
• Handle LAN/WAN, Wi‑Fi AP, printer, and peripheral installations.
• Configure firewalls (FortiGate, SonicWall, Sophos), VPNs, and security policies.
• Maintain backup solutions (Veeam, Acronis, Cloud Backup) and storage systems (QNAP, NAS).
• Document IT assets, infrastructure changes, and preventive maintenance activities.

Required profile

• Minimum 7 years of hands‑on IT support experience.
• Strong English communication skills.
• Immediate availability to join.
• Proactive attitude with the ability to suggest process improvements.

• Microsoft Windows 10/11 and Windows Server 2012/2016/2019/2022.
• Active Directory, GPO, DHCP/DNS.
• Azure, Intune, O365 Management Portal.
• Veeam, Acronis, Cloud Backup solutions.
• QNAP/NAS storage and data migration.
• Firewall configuration (FortiGate, SonicWall, Sophos) and VPN (IPSEC, SSL).
• LAN/WAN, Wi‑Fi AP, printer troubleshooting.
• Video conferencing and CCTV/NVR/DVR systems.
