About the role
Damac is expanding its Talent Acquisition team to support rapid growth across its real‑estate portfolio. As a Senior Lead Recruiter you will play a strategic part in attracting senior and niche talent that will drive the next phase of the company’s development.
Key responsibilities
- Lead end‑to‑end recruitment for multiple business functions and seniority levels.
- Partner with business leaders and hiring managers to understand workforce needs and deliver high‑quality hiring outcomes.
- Design and execute proactive sourcing strategies for leadership and niche roles.
- Build and maintain talent pipelines through market mapping, networking and relationship management.
Required profile
- Proven experience as a Senior Recruiter within a leading executive search or recruitment agency.
- Track record of delivering complex, high‑volume recruitment assignments.
- Exceptional stakeholder management, influencing and communication abilities.
- Commercial mindset and ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, growth‑oriented environment.
