About the role
We are seeking an experienced Senior Litigation Specialist to manage and support litigation matters, legal disputes, claims, court proceedings, and regulatory disputes. The role involves overseeing the entire litigation lifecycle, from early dispute assessment to enforcement of judgments.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and implement litigation strategies aligned with organizational objectives and risk appetite.
- Manage a portfolio of litigation, disputes, and contentious legal matters across relevant jurisdictions.
- Coordinate pre‑litigation assessments, discovery, evidence management, and external counsel activities.
- Prepare pleadings, case summaries, risk analyses, and regular status reports for management.
- Monitor court deadlines, filing requirements, and ensure compliance with procedural timelines.
