Senior Logistics Executive - Central Logistics

About the role

The Senior Logistics Executive supports the internal brand team with all inbound and outbound shipments, ensuring customs clearance and timely delivery to warehouses and stores using the most cost‑effective methods.

Key responsibilities

• Establish contact with the Supplier/Agent for cargo pick‑up, aligning with the Brand team.
• Coordinate with freight forwarders to arrange collection for import and re‑export and follow up until goods are delivered to the warehouse or stores.
• Invite freight quotes from various service providers and prepare comparisons for ad‑hoc shipments.
• Facilitate movement of stock (inbound & outbound) using the most cost‑efficient transport options, aiming for the earliest lead time.
• Generate shipping documents for outbound shipments to GCC and local exports to the UAE.
• Validate all customs BOE and freight invoices and hand them over to finance for timely payment.
• Process BOE and make customs duty payments for all inbound and outbound shipments.
