Senior Machine Operator - Sterile

About the role

The Senior Machine Operator will run and monitor sterile production equipment, ensuring compliance with cGMP, SOPs and Batch Manufacturing Records. The role supports daily production schedules while maintaining high quality, environmental and safety standards.

Key responsibilities

• Operate sterile production machinery according to SOPs and BMRs.
• Follow production schedules and safety procedures.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to avoid interruptions.
• Train new employees on equipment and processes.
• Execute daily operations in line with EMS and HSE standards, using appropriate PPE.
• Participate in EHS activities, audits and continuous‑improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Diploma with at least two years of experience in a sterile pharmaceutical plant.
• Functional knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry and its processes.
• Understanding of cGMP principles and ability to apply them effectively.
