Senior Management Consultant – Digital Core SAP S/4HANA Transformation

About the role

Capgemini Invent is seeking an experienced Management Consultant/Senior Manager to lead Digital Core advisory and transformation projects enabled by SAP S/4HANA for clients across the Middle East. The role involves acting as a trusted SAP transformation advisor to client executives and guiding end‑to‑end business transformation journeys.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver Digital Core transformation programmes, including ERP and SAP S/4HANA implementations.
• Support SAP S/4HANA workstreams such as business readiness, data migration readiness, testing coordination, cut‑over planning and hyper‑care stabilization.
• Lead and develop Capgemini Invent resources to identify and deliver value for clients.
• Establish and run Transformation Management Offices, overseeing planning, risk, quality and stakeholder management.
• Collaborate with technical architects, digital specialists and SAP delivery teams to scope, design and roll out transformation solutions.

Required profile

• Proven track record of end‑to‑end business transformation delivery.
• Strong programme governance discipline and advisory‑level SAP knowledge.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with ability to understand business impact of SAP technologies.
• Experience establishing and managing Transformation Management Offices.
