Senior Manager Business Planning

About the role

Modon Holding is seeking a Senior Manager – Business Planning to lead financial feasibility and business planning for its real‑estate development portfolio in the UAE. The role sits within the Finance team and works closely with Development, Sales, Budgeting, Executive Leadership, Investment Committees and external lenders.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the development, review and approval of detailed financial feasibility studies for individual development projects.
• Collaborate with Development, Sales, Budgeting and other stakeholders to define, validate and document financial, commercial and market assumptions.
• Consolidate project feasibility studies into portfolio‑level models to assess funding needs, financing gaps and viable structures.
• Prepare investment papers, board submissions and management presentations, highlighting assumptions, sensitivities, risks and value drivers.
• Present analyses to senior management and Investment Committees, defending assumptions and recommendations.
• Work with lenders to deliver bankable models and perform ongoing covenant testing and compliance monitoring.

Required profile

• Extensive experience in financial modelling, investment analysis, business planning and real‑estate feasibility.
• Proven ability to influence strategic decision‑making and communicate complex financial concepts to senior stakeholders.
• Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail and a results‑oriented approach.
