Senior Manager Cyber Security - AI

About the role

The Senior Manager – AI Security will lead the defence of AI‑driven banking services for a tier‑one financial institution in the UAE. You will combine deep cyber‑defence expertise with governance responsibilities to protect large language models, autonomous agents and the full AI lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Lead technical security assessments of LLMs, Retrieval‑Augmented Generation (RAG) frameworks and AI agents, defending against prompt injection, data poisoning, model inversion and supply‑chain threats.
• Embed security architecture and threat‑modeling into the end‑to‑end data‑science and MLOps pipeline, securing code, training data and model outputs.
• Define and maintain AI governance, ethical benchmarks and risk‑mitigation frameworks aligned with regional and international financial regulations.
• Design and operate real‑time AI guardrails and observability dashboards to monitor model fairness, data privacy, compliance drift and adversarial anomalies.

Required profile

• Extensive experience in enterprise security architecture, threat modelling and product security within a highly regulated environment (banking, fintech or critical infrastructure).
• Proven hands‑on track record securing AI/ML systems, especially large language models and associated cloud services.
• Strong knowledge of AI governance standards, data‑privacy laws and ethical considerations for automated decision‑making in financial services.
