About the role

The Senior Manager Data & AI will lead end‑to‑end data and artificial intelligence projects, ensuring they align with business goals. This role acts as the primary liaison for customers, translating technical solutions into business value while driving innovation across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage data collection, processing, modeling, and AI‑driven insight generation.
• Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance with industry standards.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to embed AI solutions into business workflows.
• Maintain strong client relationships and support business development initiatives.
• Support pre‑sales activities, including solution design and technical presentations.
• Evaluate and implement new technologies, tools, and methodologies to enhance data capabilities.
• Train and mentor teams on best practices in data management and AI integration.

Required profile

• 7+ years of experience in data management, AI solutions, or related fields.
• Proven experience in customer‑facing roles, pre‑sales, and business development.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, AI, or a related discipline.
• Strong communication, strategic thinking, and problem‑solving abilities.
