About the role
EY is seeking a Senior Manager to lead its Indirect Tax team in Dubai. The role involves guiding clients through compliance obligations while supporting their broader business objectives.
Key responsibilities
- Lead and develop effective delivery teams, ensuring high‑quality work and day‑to‑day leadership.
- Build and maintain tax relationships with clients, delivering exceptional service and identifying business development opportunities.
- Manage risk and extract maximum value for both EY and clients across tax services.
Required profile
- Degree in economics, finance, tax or accounting; relevant Masters, CPA, ACA/CA, CMA, SOCPA, CTA or equivalent preferred.
- Minimum 7 years of indirect tax experience, preferably within a Big 4 firm or relevant industry.
- Proven experience managing multicultural teams and delivering projects on time and within budget.
- Strong analytical, project management and communication skills.
