Senior Manager – Infrastructure (Community Management)

About the role

Dubai Holding Community Management is seeking a Senior Manager – Infrastructure to lead infrastructure and landscaping operations across its portfolio of residential communities and districts in Dubai.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee infrastructure and landscaping operations, ensuring quality, timelines, budgets and service‑provider performance.
• Supervise all infrastructure‑related projects, including utilities, public‑realm assets and landscaping, with full accountability.
• Ensure compliance with facilities‑management systems, processes and standards while providing technical guidance and resolving complex issues.
• Lead tendering and procurement planning for infrastructure services, developing scopes and coordinating with the procurement team.
• Manage stakeholder relationships, address customer complaints and monitor service‑agreement performance for regular and reactive maintenance.

Required profile

• Minimum 96 months (8 years) of experience in infrastructure or property management.
• Proven ability to manage large‑scale projects and coordinate multiple service providers.
• Strong understanding of facilities‑management standards and procurement processes.
