Senior Manager - Strategic Planning and Analysis

About the role

Dubai Holding Entertainment is seeking a Senior Manager – Strategic Planning and Analysis to lead data‑driven initiatives across its portfolio of attractions, venues and media assets. The role partners with senior leadership to shape commercial strategy, improve profitability and support sustainable growth.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain long‑term strategic plans aligned with corporate objectives for entertainment, leisure and media businesses.
• Analyse financial, operational and market data to identify growth opportunities and performance gaps.
• Provide actionable insights and recommendations to senior executives to influence investment and pricing decisions.
• Lead cross‑functional projects that enhance revenue streams, cost efficiency and customer experience.
• Monitor key performance indicators, prepare dashboards and present findings to stakeholders.

Required profile

• Proven experience in strategic planning, business analysis or commercial finance within a large, multi‑asset organization.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate complex data into clear business recommendations.
• Excellent communication and influencing skills to work with senior leadership.
• Track record of delivering measurable improvements in revenue or profitability.
