Senior Manager – Strategy and Management Consulting

About the role

BlackStone eIT is seeking a Senior Manager to lead its Strategy and Management Consulting practice. You will use deep industry knowledge to help clients solve complex business challenges, develop growth strategies, and achieve measurable results.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage consulting engagements from initiation through delivery, ensuring quality, timeliness, and compliance with client requirements.
• Act as the primary point of contact for senior client stakeholders and oversee project planning, execution, and reporting across multiple workstreams.
• Provide strategic insights, recommendations, and decision support to clients while mentoring junior consultants.
• Support business development activities, including proposals, presentations, and client discussions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Finance or related field (Master’s or professional certifications are a plus).
• Minimum 6 years of experience in consulting or professional services, with proven ability to manage complex projects and lead multidisciplinary teams.
• Strong stakeholder management and client‑facing capabilities, excellent analytical, communication and presentation skills.
• Experience working with government or semi‑government entities is preferred.
