Senior Manager – Workplaces (Emerging Markets Central)

About the role

adidas is seeking a Senior Manager to lead Workplace services across its Emerging Markets Central region (UAE, KSA, Egypt, Morocco, Kazakhstan, Ukraine, Jordan). The role ensures high‑quality facility operations, supports the brand’s growth strategy and creates attractive work environments for employees.

Key responsibilities

• Lead complex, cross‑functional projects related to facility management, design, construction and operations across multiple locations.
• Deliver consistent, first‑class technical and infrastructural FM services within agreed budgets, schedules and scope.
• Maintain and improve building system procedures and the Integrated Management System (IMS).
• Develop and monitor regional KPIs, SLAs and performance indicators for workplace experience.
• Manage annual operation budgets, forecasts, invoicing and identify cost‑saving opportunities.
• Build and nurture relationships with internal stakeholders and external service providers.

Required profile

• Extensive operational experience in facility or real‑estate management, preferably in a multinational environment.
• Proven ability to manage large‑scale projects and multi‑location teams.
• Strong financial acumen with experience in budgeting, forecasting and cost optimisation.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
