Senior Marketing Manager

About the role

FedEx is seeking a Senior Marketing Manager to provide senior‑level leadership for Field Marketing across the Middle East & Africa (MEA). The role drives go‑to‑market (GTM) and global trade services (GTS) strategies, regional revenue growth, and brand visibility while ensuring alignment with corporate priorities.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the development and execution of the MEA Strategic Playbook, partnering with Operations, Planning & Engineering, Network, and Sales.
• Define and implement MEA field‑marketing strategy to support revenue growth, customer acquisition, and market penetration.
• Develop and execute GTM plans and GTS programs tailored to Middle East and Sub‑Saharan Africa market dynamics.
• Drive brand visibility, customer engagement, and competitive positioning across the region.
• Lead and develop two regional marketing managers, building a high‑performing, insights‑driven field‑marketing team.
• Act as senior marketing interface with MEA leadership, influencing decisions through market intelligence and strategic recommendations.
• Lead market research, customer insights, and competitive analysis to inform GTM and strategic direction.
• Oversee MEA marketing processes, planning cycles, reporting frameworks, and regional budgets.

Required profile

• Proven senior‑level leadership experience in field marketing or related functions.
• Strong track record of developing and executing regional GTM and GTS strategies.
• Experience managing and coaching marketing teams across multiple countries.
• Ability to influence cross‑functional stakeholders and senior leadership.
• Excellent analytical, forecasting, and scenario‑planning skills.
