Senior Marketing Manager

About the role

Forescout is looking for a Senior Marketing Manager to design and execute customer‑focused marketing programs that drive pipeline growth and revenue across the META region. You will work closely with regional sales leaders, channel partners, and the corporate marketing team to deliver integrated demand‑generation campaigns and enhance brand awareness.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement regional marketing plans, including PR, seminars, events, webinars, email, and online campaigns.
• Partner with sales leadership to define investment strategy and tactical execution.
• Provide data‑driven recommendations to accelerate pipeline generation and brand visibility.
• Track ROI metrics and report on program effectiveness using Salesforce (SFDC).
• Manage regional marketing budget, aligning spend with sales targets.
• Coordinate end‑to‑end marketing procurement processes, such as list uploads, campaign code creation, creative requests, and PO generation.
• Lead and participate in regional events, both in‑person and virtual.
• Facilitate regional communications to ensure alignment with sales objectives.

Required profile

• Proven experience in B2B marketing within technology or cybersecurity sectors.
• Strong collaboration skills with sales, channel partners, and corporate teams.
• Analytical mindset with ability to interpret data and optimize campaigns.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
