Senior Microsoft 365 Engineer

About the role

The organization is seeking a senior engineer to design, implement and maintain Microsoft 365 services at enterprise scale. The role involves leading complex email, collaboration and security projects for a tenant of over 1,000 users.

Key responsibilities

• Manage Exchange Online, including hybrid configurations, mail flow, connectors, migrations and email security (SPF, DKIM, DMARC, Defender for Office 365).
• Administer Teams, SharePoint Online and OneDrive, defining governance, policies, permissions and lifecycle management.
• Design and enforce Microsoft 365 security baselines, Conditional Access, MFA, anti‑phishing, anti‑spam and data‑loss‑prevention policies.
• Automate administration and reporting with PowerShell and Microsoft Graph, handle licensing, service health and vendor support.

Required profile

• 7+ years of Microsoft infrastructure experience, with at least 5 years administering M365 at enterprise scale.
• Proven track record leading Exchange and tenant‑to‑tenant migrations and troubleshooting complex email delivery issues.
• Experience designing security policies, managing Entra ID hybrid identity and implementing Purview compliance solutions.
