Senior Mortgage Advisor – Retail Banking Group

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Mortgage Advisor to drive acquisition of High Net Worth mortgage customers for our Retail Banking Group. The role focuses on meeting and exceeding sales targets while ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Acquire High Net Worth mortgage customers for the bank.
• Consistently exceed monthly KPI and sales targets.
• Lead mortgage business development initiatives with real‑estate partners, approved brokers, and in residential and commercial projects.
• Adhere to KYC/AML policies and ensure all regulatory requirements are met.
• Record all sales activities in Daily Sales Reports and keep the CRM updated with leads and contacts.
• Participate in team activities, training sessions, compliance and fraud trainings.
• Monitor market intelligence, internal needs and competitor activity.
• Maintain professional and product knowledge through trainings and workshops.
• Ensure business control requirements align with bank policies for quality growth.

Required profile

• Fully accredited to sell mortgages and Islamic financing solutions.
• Strong record‑keeping discipline with accurate CRM usage.

Required skills

• KYC/AML compliance knowledge.
• Proficiency with CRM systems.
