Senior Planner

About the role

Archirodon is seeking an experienced Senior Planner to join its Operations Control team on a major EPC project in the UAE. The role involves preparing and maintaining baseline and revised schedules across all project phases and supporting the Project Controls Manager.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare contract baseline and revised schedules for engineering, procurement, construction, pre‑commissioning and commissioning phases.
• Assist the Lead Planner in preparing reports and registers for planning, progress measurement and schedule control.
• Review schedule updates, coordinate with project teams, and ensure accurate progress recording.
• Highlight deviations and delays to management and support claim and extension‑of‑time analysis.
• Prepare weekly and monthly reports, assist with budget preparation and maintain planning records.
• Participate in project meetings to discuss schedule status, record changes and advise on impacts.

Required profile

• University degree in Engineering.
• Minimum 10 years of construction industry experience, including engineering and procurement phases.
• Experience on EPC projects above US$100M, preferably with ADNOC or equivalent.
• Proven ability to work under stressful situations and deliver results.
