About the role
Mace is delivering a large‑scale, next‑generation digital infrastructure programme for a leading data‑centre developer in Abu Dhabi. The role combines complex design coordination, fast‑paced delivery and rigorous governance to support a mission‑critical environment.
Key responsibilities
- Lead PMO and project‑controls delivery across assigned commissions.
- Provide expert guidance on cost, schedule, risk and change management.
- Build strong client relationships and drive performance reporting.
- Align delivery with Mace control centre, mentor teams and promote sustainability.
- Collaborate on net‑zero carbon transition, identifying and managing associated emissions during delivery.
Required profile
- Relevant degree and progress toward chartership.
- Proven experience in PMO and project‑controls delivery.
- Strong knowledge of tools, techniques and sector practices.
- Effective communicator with analytical and stakeholder‑engagement skills.
- Experience working in the United Arab Emirates is essential for client approval.
